To stay healthy, people do not really need to be bothered with various sports or diet. Quite 2 of these easy habits so that the body is always healthy ie do not sit a lot and consumption of fruits and vegetables.

A study shows that changing 2 specific habits has greatly improved the health conditions of:
1. Do not sit a lot
2. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

"People who have unhealthy behaviors are at risk of developing cancer and heart disease, but it is very difficult to turn those unhealthy habits into healthy habits," said researcher Bonnie Spring, professor of medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, as quoted by myhealthnewsdaily.com, Saturday ( 16/6/2012).

In a study report published in the journal Archives of Internal Medicine, researchers found that the group asked to reduce sitting habits and multiply eating fruits and vegetables had the greatest health benefits.

Groups that are asked to 'exercise a lot and reduce fatty foods' tend to exercise more over time and lower daily caloric intake from fat from 11.4 to 9.1 percent. However, this group only slightly reduced its time to sit and not so much to eat fruits and vegetables.

On the other hand, the group that was asked to 'sit down and eat lots of fruits and vegetables' then became a lot of exercise as well as people who were asked to do a lot of exercise. Participants of this group also subsequently reduced the consumption of fatty foods despite not being asked to lower fat intake

The researchers conclude, reducing the habit of sitting and eating more fruits and vegetables will eventually limit the intake of fatty foods and trigger people to exercise a lot.
