3. Food is balanced
Because a new mother is not allowed to go on a diet, so make sure anything you eat is healthy. A balanced diet should include fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish and low fat dairy products.
Do not get me wrong and go join the gym, but exercise with your baby. By taking a baby walking in a stroller or carrying it in a baby's backpack can help you burn fat.
5. Eat only when you are hungry
Do not skip meals just because you want to quickly lower the numbers on the scales. Remember you are breastfeeding and your baby should get the nutrients from you. Plan your food and eat a reasonable amount of calories for each meal.
6. Join the postnatal training class
